How we do it in the Deep South!
In the Deep South we have long summers and short winters, which means that grilling and smoking our meat is done practically year-round. Uncle Buford is one of those people that thinks a day shouldn’t go by without cooking something outside on the grill. I’m really not sure if it’s the grilling and smoking he enjoys, as much as getting out of the house away from Aunt Maude and drinking beer.
What I do know is that Uncle Buford’s meat is the best I have ever eaten, bar none. Follow his instructions and you can do the same.
